How do I switch

A: once you’ve signed your contract it’ll be passed to our head office for processing and you’ll receive a call from our welcome team to make sure your supply details are correct. Well then place the order to transfer your services which will take around 21-28 days to complete


Who reads my meter?

A: we’ll take over from your previous supplier and give them a read to prepare your final bill as part of the transfer process. We’ll usually read your meter every six months after that, but if it is safe for you to do so we’d recommend submitting readings to us on a monthly basis to ensure you are billed accurately.


What if I change my mind?

A: if you change your mind and want to cancel your contract with us, you can do so without paying a termination fee within 7 days of signing your contract.


Will there be any disruption to my water services when I transfer?

A: Not at all, it’s the same water just at a different price. With our managed switching service we will ensure that your transfer is seamless and a soon as you have signed the relevant paperwork, we will take care of the whole process for you.
